Sergei Fedorov is best known for his 13 seasons with the Detroit Red Wings, where he won the Stanley Cup 3 times. He was one of the first players to defect from the Soviet Union to play in the NHL. He was also the first non-Canadian to win the Hart Memorial Trophy. After parting ways with Detroit, Fedorov played with the Ducks, Blue Jackets, and Caps, before retiring in 2009. In 2017, Fedorov was named one of the best 100 NHL Players of all time.
