This is a signed 11" x 14" black and white photo of Detroit Tigers Hall-of-Famer, Al Kaline. Known as "Mr. Tiger," Kaline spent his entire career (1953-1974) with the Tigers, bypassing the minor league system and joining the team straight out of high school.
He was an 18-time All-Star, a member of the Tigers' 1968 World Series-winning campaign, and a 1980 Hall of Fame inductee (in his first year of eligibility). Kaline was also the 1955 AL Batting Champ, the winner of 10 Gold Gloves, and a member of the elite "3,000 Hit Club."
One of only ten, this photo was signed exclusively for The Sports Gallery, Inc. at a private signing. The photo comes unframed, but can be framed for an additional charge.
