Authentic home plate, autographed by Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher, Sandy Koufax. Inducted in 1972 at 36 years and 20 days, Koufax is the youngest player to be elected to the baseball Hall of Fame. Winner of the Cy Young Award in 1963, 1965 and 1966, he was the first 3-time winner in baseball history. He was also named the National League's Most Valuable Player in 1963.

This plate comes in an acrylic case that be wall-mounted. It is also accompanied by a certificate of authenticity that bears a numbered, tamper-proof, hologram sticker. A matching sticker can be found on the plate.
