At The Sports Gallery, Inc. we stand behind each of our autographed items. We are also serious collectors and just like you, we are careful about where we buy our autographs. Lucky for us, we can be present at a number of our local signings and if we are not, we verify and guarantee the authenticity of the signature 100%. Each signed item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity which includes a hologram and Sports Gallery seal. If at all possible, photographs of the athletes at the signing are printed on the Certificate as well.

What is your returns policy?

1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please carefully follow the return instructions:
   
   
2. Please contact The Sports Gallery, Inc. at (248) 642.0044 for your Return Authorization Number.
   
   
3. The Sports Gallery, Inc. must receive your return within 30 days from your order date. Any returns received after 30 days will be returned to you.
   
   
4. In order to receive credit, we require that you:
   1. Send merchandise in original carton and packaging
   2. Mark the shipping carton clearly with your RA number
   3. Include the item to be returned with our Certificate of Authenticity
   4. No credit will be issued if any of the above is missing
   5. We will refund shipping and handling charges only if your merchandise was damaged, defective or shipped to you in error.

Are your signings open to the public?

The Sports Gallery, Inc. holds several public autograph sessions throughout the year. You can always stay up-to-date with our public signings by visiting www.sports-gallery.com and clicking on the “athelete signings” link or by sending us your email address for our newsletter.

Are there other items besides the ones you show on your website?

Yes, we have access to thousands of different items. Our inventory is constantly being updated. If you do not see it on our website, just send us an email or give us a call with any specific questions or requests.

I saw a Sports Gallery product on eBay for a less expensive price, why?

Our inventory is very large. Sometimes we would like to get our items sold as quickly as possible. If you see an item on eBay at a lower price, call us and we can match it.

Does The Sports Gallery, Inc. buy memorabilia?

The Sports Gallery, Inc. does not purchase memorabilia from the open market. However, we do offer our services if you would like us to sell your collectibles on consignment. Contact us directly via email or at (248) 642.0044 to inquire about having us sell your items on consignment.

What is required of me to open up a new wholesale account?

In order to open up a wholesale account with The Sports Gallery, Inc., you must be able to present a resale certificate for a valid sports collectibles or novelties business.
